A day to celebrate and protect our Great Lakes, called Love Your Greats Day, is held the second Saturday of every August. Saturday, August 8, 2026 is Love Your Greats (LYG) Day.
You are invited to join in an event to clean up Ipperwash Beach by removing garbage and protecting dunes. Meet at Centre Ipperwash Beach boat launch (at the end of Ipperwash Road, Lambton Shores) on Saturday, September 12 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
